your case), or such other address as the party shall specify. Notice
shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.

GOVERNING LAW. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws
of the State of Nevada, as such laws apply to contracts between Nevada
residents performed entirely within Nevada.
SEVERABILITY. If any provision of these terms and conditions is
unenforceable, such provision will be changed and interpreted to
accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent
possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will
continue in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These terms and conditions constitute the entire
agreement between the parties regarding the subject hereof and
supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and
